Moonstruck Chocolates
Milk Chocolate Mayan Bar

I visited this chocolatier while in Portland partly because a friend suggested them (for their Fortunato No. 4 bar) and partly because I just love chocolate.

An incredibly smooth, evenly melting, rich milk chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and a generous sprinkling of crushed roasted almonds. 1/4 of this bar is only 3PP (Weight Watcher's) and worth every bite!

($4.25 for a 3oz. bar, and they ship if you don't live in the greater Portland, Or. area.)

Circulon
Non-stick skillet
I use Circulon skillets, I've tried many brands and have been thrilled with this line of non-stick and oven safe pans. Mine were found at Kohls. I recommend having at least a small and a medium one. I don't go a single day without using the small one at least twice. The only reason I use oil in these? I need heart health oils daily, my pans don't :)

Peet's
Major Dickason's Blend
ground coffee
Rich and complex, Peet's cup o' joe has become my favorite at home brew. It's smooth and well rounded, and not too acidic. I like my coffee to have flavor-- not to just punch you in the mouth to wake you up. I won't buy any other brew. Hard to find on the East coast, but if you're over in the Pacific northwest, you know what I'm talking about!

Bob's Red Mill
Steel Cut Oats
I eat these almost every day (evidence here). Oatmeal will no longer be that over sweetened, gooey mass in your morning bowl. These oats may take a little bit more TLC to prepare, but the taste, bite-y texture and health benefits are well worth it! You'll mostly find these in the health food section of the supermarket as a part of a larger Bob's Red Mill display. I add peanut butter and safflower oil to it for some protein and heart healthy oils.

Nonni's THINaddictives
Cranberry Almond Biscotti Thins
My sister just introduced me to these the other day and I'm hooked! They are a great way to have a little something sweet and be satisfied...And if I can be satisfied by a mildly sweet little snack, that's saying a lot! They come in 3 flavors: Cranberry Almond, Pistachio Almond, and Cinnamon Raisin Almond. I got the large box at my local BJ's Wholesale club. These. Are. Addictive.
