Down another 2 lbs.!!!
This means I have broken the 210 mark, it was kind of a milestone for me. It also means I have less than 60 lbs. to go to reach my year long goal. Need to set some new weekly/daily goals to keep motivated and on track with steady weight loss.
I have lots of things on my mind lately and starting tomorrow we will explore my mind and my thoughts more. Each day we will have a topic. Coming up this week:
- Review of goals
- Why I want to be smaller (besides the obvious)
- Loose skin (sound gross, but it's a real issue)
- More pictures of foods and tools included in daily posts
- Friendly (and not so friendly) recipes that I like
